The brief
A gaming lounge that is deliberately not nightlife.
A 4.8-star crowd favourite featured by local creators, with a house rule posted on the wall: no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs. Families and kids are the audience, not a concession to them.
Most gaming-venue design borrows from nightlife. Here that would have actively repelled the people who actually come.
What we did
Neon that reads joyful, not after-hours.
Magenta, hot pink and mint on a deep ink ground — bright and playful rather than smoky. Their two-tone lowercase wordmark set the type, and every activity gets its own clear entry point.
- — Palette pushed bright and playful, away from nightlife.
- — Six activities each given a distinct, bookable path.
- — All-ages house rules stated as a feature, not fine print.
