The brief
The best asset was a photo of a price board.
A multi-branch Bengaluru chain whose Vijayanagar shop had 4.6 stars across 1,932 reviews and no site. Accessible craft: not luxury, not cheap, genuinely good and consistently so.
The reviews ask for people — Shanib, Rizwan sir — not for the shop. And two one-star reviews cite feeling rushed, which set the tone: unhurried and consultative, never in-and-out.
What we did
Their own price card became the design system.
Twenty-two real prices, the brand green and gold, and the tagline all came off a printed card and the shop sign in their Maps photos. Nothing on the page is a guess about what they charge.
- — 22 real prices lifted from their own printed card.
- — Brand lime-and-brass recovered from the shop signage.
- — Copy leans unhurried, answering the rushed-service reviews.
