We're a ground-floor shop on Khadilkar Road, at the edge of Khotachiwadi: the two-hundred-year-old quarter of painted bungalows most of Mumbai only sees in photographs. Charni Road station is a short walk. Most of our clients live within a few of these lanes.
That's the whole business model, really. When your customers are also your neighbours, you can't sell someone a treatment they don't need. You'll see them at the market on Sunday. It's why the review we're proudest of is one where we talked a client out of a haircut.
Marathi, Hindi, English, whichever is easiest. Kids are welcome and genuinely welcome. There's a restroom. Cards, Google Pay and UPI all work.
